Our current show dogs whether living with us or co-owned with friends are very special to us. I enjoy the show ring and all of our dogs are always owner handled to their Championship. Never seeking particular judges, the quality of our dogs are recognized without having a professional handler on the end of the leash. Our dogs have taken multiple group placements and Best In Show. I am proud that a quality dog can shine in the group ring owner/handled. |
November 2008- CH St. Lazar's Old Glory at Ebet, ROM has been awarded his Hall of Fame status. After being denied his HOF status by the committee, a formal protest was made to the AMTC board about the interpretation of points by this committee. The AMTC board reviewed the committee's decision, and awarded his HOF status. I would encourage ALL Manchester owners working hard to obtain the HOF status for their dogs, to request a current list of points awarded, and compare them to the records they are keeping. Points already earned are being taken away from dogs, and this practice must end. A full audit of the HOF records needs to be done at this time to ensure that this has not happened to anyone else's dog!

Yearly Show Summary--it just keeps getting better!! Since 2001, we have had a total of 25 Champions. Since breeding my first litter in 2002, 18 Ebet puppies have finished their championships. I finished 6 in the prestigious Bred-By class, the rest finished owner/handled. I have owner/handled a dog to the top 25 every year since 2002. All of our dogs are owner handled to their Championships!

Ebet's Dixieland Jazz "Dixie" After being on my waiting list for almost a year.......I am proud to announce that Dixie is co-owned by Sarah Leigh of Wiltshire, England and will be exported to the UK upon completion of her American CH I am delighted to be able to present this lovely girl to my dear friend Sarah FLASH! At her first show, Dixie brings home a 5 point major from the Kentucky shows! Dixie takes WB, BOW, BOS and Best Bred-By on Saturday in East Ridge, TN for her second major! Dixie picks up 4 more points (and her 3rd major) in Atlanta by going WB, BOW and BOS. What a great birthday present it was for me! Won't be long now Sarah! |
